Sharp unveils new vacuum cleaner range

Sharp unveils new vacuum cleaner range

The Sharp Corporation of Australia has for the last 50 odd years, sold its range of vacuum cleaners in
Japan, however now they have made steps to sell and introduce their range of floor appliances like
vacuum cleaners to Australia in order to further expand their target audience and to increase the
global foot print that the company currently has.
The floor appliance range that they are rolling out to the Australian public include two of their most
popular vacuums over the last twenty years. The two vacuum cleaners have been the most
profitable in Japan since their release. They are both equipped with the Cyclone tag and are both
bagless which, in todays world is a great feature to have as it removes a lot of the worry about
getting dirty when it comes time for you to empty your vacuum cleaner.
Mark Beard, who is the national marketing manager, states that when you are vacuuming with these
two new vacuum cleaners, the dust happens to form in a circle shape, and this helps with emptying
the contents if you follow the three simply steps, turn, pop and eject. Ions are used to help purify
the air with the Plasmacluster and it also has a cleaning filter inside of the vacuum that operates by
itself when in use. It is these neat features that will give people a complete overhaul when it comes
to their overall vacuuming experience and it might even make it an enjoyable experience for
everyone in your household.
However, this is not the first time that a company from Japan has looked to increase its range in
Australian beyond its normal products. In the last year and a half, well known brand Panasonic has
dramatically increased the range of appliance that they offer and incredibly now it is responsible for
over half of all the company’s sales which is incredible. That just goes to show people how big of a
market there is in Australia for these kinds of appliances because customers are always on the look
out for the next best invention or appliance that will help in making their live easier and going by
what Mr. Beard has said, we can expect many more to hit our shelves in the future too.
Mark Beard goes on the say that the newest products of vacuum cleaners are not all the company
Sharp will be distributing throughout Australia and that people down under should expect more
products from Sharp to make their way into stores.

Even though the Sharp brand has been sold in Japan market for nearly 40 years, these two new
models of vacuum cleaners are a first when it comes to selling them in Australia. Beard goes on to
say that Sharp are only just getting started when it comes to selling their products in Australia and
that the company has a real willingness to increase their range of vacuum cleaners that are made
available to people in the near future.

So, expect many more styles, types, features and anything else you could imagine when it comes to
Sharps next wave of high-tech vacuum cleaners as they look to be at the forefront of the Australian
vacuum cleaner market.
