Toshiba: "Confusion with Windows 8" slowed adoption of touch technology
The managing director of Toshiba has blamed "confusion" over Windows 8 for a slow uptake of touch-enabled Windows devices, adding that heavy discounting of older products didn't help the new technology's cause.
