UnderCurrent wastes a lot of energy making fun of marketing speak and appalling public relations, so it's only fair that it doffs its cap when something truly outstanding comes along.

Being as picky an eater as it is a writer, UnderCurrent couldn't help but love this little detail at the Fisher & Paykel launch in Sydney last night:

There were ten course, each necessitating a T-shirt change, providing not only important dietary advice but also an amusing talking point.

To whoever it was, at Fisher & Paykel, its PR company or the events company, that came up with this idea: UnderCurrent salutes you!
