Babekuhl joins Breville out of Electrolux's offices in China, where he worked in strategy and category planning roles. Before his eight years with Electrolux, Babekuhl worked at Tyco International.

Discussing the reason for this appointment is Breville general manager - Australia, Jeremy Sargeant.

“Breville is focused on designing and developing world class products for local and international markets," Sargeant said. "The new role provides a broader focus on communicating with Australian retailers and consumers.  We want to share the many stories we have to tell across our great product ranges, with an emphasis on our food thinking philosophy."
