On the same day that Retravision Northern CEO Phil Scarff used the company’s website to reassure Queensland consumers that it was ‘business as usual’, the WA company took out full page ads The West Australian, the state's only major metro daily, to communicate the same message.
In addition to recruiting West Coast Eagles premiership player and Norm Smith Medal winner Andrew Embley to promote “big savings on premium laundry”, Retravision WA’s advertisement focused on the retailer’s longevity in the market.

“Here for 50 years. And here to stay,” reads the ad copy, before listing six key attributes of the member-based retail group:
- Over 50 years leading the electrical industry
- WA owned and operated
- Part of a strong network of over 40 stores
- Proud supporter of the local community
- Best brands, best price, great service
- See us and save!
“See why Retravision is the number one kitchen and laundry specialist in WA,” is Embley’s contribution to the advertisement.
The two extant Retravisions have been hard at work securing the company's long term future since Retravision Southern was placed in voluntary administration. Yesterday, Current.com.au exclusively revealed that the company is moving from central accounts to individual store accounts due to suppliers being unable to secure sufficient insurance.
