Criterion Group continuing to trade as receivers named

The receivers of the Criterion Group have been finalised, with Grant Graham and Brendon Gibson of KordaMentha overseeing the process.

In a statement to interested parties, a Criterion Group spokesperson said the company is continuing to trade during this period.

Criterion Group Ltd and its subsidiaries were placed in receivership on Tuesday 31 January 2012,” said the statement. “Grant Graham and Brendon Gibson of KordaMentha were named as receivers

“The receivers will contact parties affected by the receivership, including customers and suppliers, individually as the receivership progresses. However, in the interim Criterion looks forward to continuing to meet customers’ furniture requirements.”

Criterion Group general manager Kelsey Smaill has not returned Current.com.au’s calls for comment.
