Dyson has scored a perfect five stars across every consumer satisfaction touch point Canstar Blue surveys, comfortably winning the gong for Most Satisfied Customers amongst vacuum cleaner suppliers.

The perfect scores in Value for Money, Ease of Use, Noise, Effectiveness and Clean and Size resulted in a five-out-of-five rating for Dyson, which edged out Miele for the overall prize.

Miele scored four stars overall, with a strong showing across the categories, including a five star Noise rating. No other supplier received five stars in the survey.

In fact, three stars was the rating de jour, with Electrolux Floor Care, Hoover, Kambrook, Vax and Volta all picking three stars overall.
