In our article earlier this week covering the winners from the Australian International Design Awards, we failed to mention a couple of significant winners: Electrolux Floor Care and Seeley International.

Electrolux Floor Care won the overall Design Award for Sustainability for its UltraSilencer Green model, pictured here:

In the Housing and Building category, Seeley International won a Design Award for its Climate Wizard indirect cooling system. Seeley founder and chairman Frank Seeley said he was very happy with this recognition.

“We’ve known all along how incredible this ground-breaking product is, but to have the Australian International Design Awards recognise it with this prestigious Design Award, along with all the other accolades it has received, means we can tell the world about the ingenious innovation that is Climate Wizard,” Seeley said.
