SYDNEY, NSW: Electrolux Floor Care has packed up all its vacuum cleaners and spare parts, relocating from semi-rural Knoxfield to thriving Moorabbin. The new offices are also the home of Electrolux Major Appliances’ Victorian and Tasmania offices, meaning there are more meeting rooms, a new showroom and product display areas.

Moorabbin is becoming increasingly populated with consumer electronics brands, with Asko, Bosch and Pioneer also located in that area.

Discussing this move is EFC managing director John Mahar.

“This relocation to Moorabbin was essential for our expanding business and team as we continue to grow in our core floor care category” Mahar said. “In addition, we now have more room for further planned business expansion in the near future.”

The new office address is 57-63 Fairchild Street, Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189.

Meanwhile, Mahar also provided tangible proof of this expansion, announcing the appointment of new trade marketing manager Andrea Carlon.

“Andrea Carlon comes to the company from a successful background of marketing roles across a number of consumer durables Industries including pharmaceutical, automotive and FMCG,” Mahar said. “Andrea will be managing all our trade marketing activities including POS, promotional execution plus a range of other brand related responsibilities and we welcome Andrea to our busy team.”
