SYDNEY, NSW: Nintendo has today announced the impending release of three new colours for its uber-successful DSi XL handheld gaming console.
From 23 September 2010, the DSi XL will be available in yellow, blue and red in the Australian and New Zealand markets. These three new colours will complement the pre-existing burgundy and bronze models.
In other Nintendo news, the new Art Academy: Learn Painting and Drawing Techniques with Step-By-Step Training program will also be available on 23 September 2010. This game (?) includes 10 mini lessons and over 80 motifs that “players can choose from to use as reference material when creating their art,” according to the release.
Finally, Nintendo will be releasing the new Tetris Party Deluxe for DS game on 14 October 2010. This iteration of the simple yet ridiculous successful game features 30 “exciting” modes and is a “must have” for Tetris fans, according to the breathless release.
