SYDNEY, NSW: Brother is promoting its world first A3 capable multi function centres with a cash back offer of up to $100, which can be donated to Earthwatch.

Brother intends to support the offer with a strong on-line advertising campaign, print advertising and high impact point of sale materials.

The MFC-5890CN and MFC-6490CW receive $50 cash back, and the MFC-6890CDW will receive $100 in the promotion which commences 1 September 2010 and runs for two months.

A Sydney Officeworks employee told Current.com.au that people looking into buying printers were “effectively” influenced in the store by cash back offers over other promotions – a common sentiment among retailers.

Payments can be made as a donation to the international not for profit organisation Earthwatch. The organisation involves local scientists, volunteers and business leaders concerned with conservation across Australia.
