SYDNEY, NSW: Yesterday’s balmy day marks the beginning of spring and is a reminder that a bit of backyard maintenance is due before the cricket games begin and balls are lost in the jungle.

Cleaning up the yard is made a more enjoyable task with the Bosch Power Box, a music and radio player for the outdoor enthusiast or DIY day.

The portable music maker is equipped with 360 degree stereo sound, four speakers and a subwoofer and is fitted with a robust aluminium roll cage engineered to endure the toughest conditions. It is also dust and splash proof.

The Power Box boasts the advantage of being compatible with modern music storage devices including SD cards, USB sticks and MP3 player connections as well as offering the technology to charge mobile phones, cameras, power tool batteries and MP3 players through the USB port and 12-volt DC outlet.

The Power Box can run on an 11.4 or 18-volt Bosch Professional Li-Ion battery and on a 240-volt power cord.

It is available now for RRP $429.
