SYDNEY, NSW: Sharp Australia today confirmed it will be extending its “Don’t Miss a Match” promotion through until the end of July 2010. The World Cup themed gift-with-purchase incentive has so far been a success, according to the Japanese supplier.
Under the terms of the promotion, consumers who purchase one of five selected Sharp Aquos LCD panels on or before 31 July 2010 will receive, via redemption, a Topfield PVR valued at RRP $699.
The selected Aquos models are LC40LE700X, LC40LB700X, LC46LE700X, LC46LB700X and LC52LE700X.
“So far the promotion has seen wide interest and has attracted an increasing number of customers purchasing Sharp AQUOS LCD TVs. With their bonus PVR consumers are now able to record live-action sporting matches or their favourite TV shows,” said Sharp deputy managing director Denis Kerr.
