SYDNEY, NSW: With more people wanting to stay in their own to create their own restaurant-style food, Breville’s new pizza oven is designed to produce the taste and crispness of a brick oven pizza – without the bricks.

The Pete Evans Pizza Maker features both top and bottom elements that are designed to heat the oven to a maximum of 350-degrees Celsius, while the fast heat up and variable heat control ensure precise cooking, said Breville.

Endorsed by My Kitchen Rules celebrity chef and restaurateur, Pete Evans, the pizza maker can also be used to make focaccia, turkish bread, scones and pastries.

“The Breville pizza oven solves the biggest challenges to creating a hot, crusty pizza,” said Evans.

“The ceramic stone retains heat and the top and bottom heating elements keep the heat concentrated in one area, which most ordinary domestic ovens can’t do. It’s also really fast so you can feed a family in no time at all.”

Available in the second half of June for RRP $139.95, the pizza maker also comes with a book of recipes from Pete Evans’ restaurant.
