SYDNEY: Bush Australia has just announced the appointment of Nami Kinoshita to its customer service team. Kinoshita will take on the role of returns operation administrator.

According to Brian Rodgers, Bush Australia sales director, this newly created role is designed to create a greater flow and increase response times for return enquiries. Kinoshita will be assisting Tarek Zein, returns operations manager, in the new role.

“Nami is a great asset to the returns department. She brings a wealth of experience as well as great customer care skills and understanding,” said Rodgers.

“We are sure that this addition to the team will ensure that customers have a greater experience when dealing with Bush.”

Kinoshita has more than seven years experience in the industry, previously working as an Apple customer relations agent.
