SYDNEY, NSW: It’s the season to be giving and that’s what leading brands are doing. LG is halfway through its BMW giveaway, Sony is giving away PlayStation 3s, Panasonic is giving away cameras, home theatres and TVs and now Samsung is into the giving spirit.

Samsung is giving customers a bonus 22-inch or 26-inch LCD television with every Samsung premium TV purchase.

Selected models eligible for the 22-inch LCD giveaway include the Series 5, Series 6 and Series 8 Plasma and the Series 6 and Series 7 LCD television.

For the 26-inch LCD giveaway, selected models include the Series 6, Series 7 and Series 8 LED televisions.

There is a $35 postage, handling and administration fee to be paid by the customer for 22-inch model and a $40 charge for 26-inch model.

The last time Samsung Australia offered this promotion, they were so successful there was a several month wait for the free TVs. However, Samsung is not capping this promotion, the more TVs they sell, the more they will be giving away.

“With this uncapped promotional offer, we’re looking to ensure we reward all our loyal customers this Christmas,” said Samsung Electronics Australia head of CE Marketing, Mark Leathan.

“With a bonus LCD television, you can either add an extra TV to your home or make this bonus TV a marvellous Christmas gift for someone special.”

Customers claim their free TV online at: www.samsung.com.au/promotions. They also need to send their original purchase receipt along with the relevant purchase and handling fee to Samsung Electronics Australia.
