SYDNEY: Whirlpool Australia has just announced a new consumer promotion where it is giving away 90 prizes over 90 days across numerous retailers around the country.
The ’90 prizes in 90 days’ promotion will be held across four of Whirlpool’s retail partners: Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Retravision and Narta.
Over the 90 day promotional period one major prize will be given away at each of the four retailers nationally every day. Overall this equates to 360 major prizes on offer.
All customers need to do is purchase any Whirlpool product, and then register the appliance online or over the phone. They will then automatically go into the draw.
Over $250,000 worth of prizes are on offer over the promotional period, and each retailer has a different major prize.
Harvey Norman customers have a chance to win a Nintendo Wii, Wii Fit and game package, The Good Guys are offering a KitchenAid Mixer, Retravision has a Philips appliance package and Narta are giving away Bose Wave radios.
“In store, consumers will be greeted by the friendly face of a famous Whirlpool Mum and a fantastic prize offer. Whirlpool has been working hard to bring together a promotion that provides our valued retail partners a unique and high quality offer for their customers,” said David Graham, Whirpool general manager of marketing, Oceania.
Point of sale marketing will appear on all Whirlpool products over the period as well as the “Guess whose mum’s got a Whirlpool?” icon will appear in retailer catalogues.
