The Fresca Espresso Machina (BES860)

Fresh is Best
Designed to perfection in conjunction with a professional barista, the Fresca Espresso Machina™ (BES860) is a programmable espresso machine which features an integrated conical burr grinder, allowing beans to espresso in under a minute and ensuring the freshest tasting coffee.  The measured dose is delivered straight into the coffee filter to maximise flavour.

Beans to Espresso in Under a Minute
Breville, the No.1 selling coffee machine brand in Australia* has just released the most exciting and innovative programmable espresso machine to hit the home market which is guaranteed to delight both budding baristas and coffee masters alike.

Affirming maximum freshness as the all important aspect when creating this machine, The Fresca Espresso Machina™ (BES860) was designed in-house over 18 months working in conjunction with the 2005 Melbourne Barista of The Year Jason Chan.

The BES860 is a programmable espresso machine complete with an integrated conical burr grinder, allowing beans to espresso in under a minute and ensuring the freshest tasting coffee.  The measured dose is delivered straight into the coffee filter to maximise flavour.

It is the integrated conical burr grinder with its large burrs that creates the optimum path for beans to espresso in under a minute. Large burrs are ideal as they produce finer grinds and low grinding heat and protect the essential oils in the coffee bean, which are important when producing a thick crema.

This new espresso machine is uncomplicated and designed to provide newcomers to coffee making with the means to the best quality coffee in quick time. Features such as dual wall filter baskets, preset grind size, measured extraction dose and a froth assist steam adapter are perfect for the novice.

Once experienced, or for the already aspiring barista, the BES860 then provides features more accustomed to commercial grade, manual machines. These include single wall filter baskets, adjustable grind control, programmable extraction and a high pressure steaming wand.

Made from the finest heavy duty die cast material, this chic state-of-the-art appliance really is the complete package, including all the tools and instructions needed for an espresso set to stand out from the pack.

The Fresca Espresso Machina™ is a professional machine built to cultivate its user’s skills to the highest level possible, creating the most sensuous at-home espresso yet.  It is available from April, and will retail for RRP$799.95.
