Hong Kong comes to Sydney looking for investors

By Gloria Tong

SYDNEY: Hong Kong, rated the world's freest economy by the Heritage Foundation and the Wall Street Journal, is hosting a business seminar for Australian investors in Sydney in August.

With no barriers to trade, no tariffs and no quotas, Hong Kong embraces globalisation of trade and services. It has a prime location at the geographic and economic centre of Asia and Australian companies looking to invest in Hong Kong and the Southern China market will have a unique opportunity to learn from international and Australian experts on investment opportunities.

The free seminar is being hosted by Invest HK and Guangdong DOFTEC on Friday 29 August at the Westin Hotel in Sydney. The seminar features case studies, practical tips and expert advice from Hong Kong, China and Australian speakers.
