Electrolux EU hires new major appliances head

STOCKHOLM: Electrolux has replaced European major appliances head Magnus Yngen, who left recently to head up Husqvarna, appointing current European major appliances product and brand senior vice president, Enderson Guimaraes in his stead.

Guimaraes, who worked at Philips, Hewlett Packard and Procter & Gamble prior to his time at Electrolux, will be based in the Brussels, Belgium, office. He will be a member of group management and report to president and chief executive Hans Stråberg.

Guimaraes will start his new position 1 October.
