Creative's Nick Angelucci joins Logitech

By Matthew Henry

SYDNEY: Former Creative Labs ANZ sales manager, Nick Angelucci, has joined PC products company Logitech in the newly-created role of product and marketing manager.

In his dual-role, Angelucci will initially devote his energies to developing marketing strategies to boost the Logitech brand and in time will also take on product management tasks.

He will work across Logitech’s entire product portfolio which includes PC keyboards and mice, webcams, speakers and new products such as the Squeezebox wireless music system.

Angelucci told Current.com.au there are strong crossovers between his former position at Creative and his new role in Logitech with both companies in the PC peripherals and audio business.

“Logitech hired me based on my long experience at Creative where I have been involved with marketing mp3 products since 2000,” he said.

“During my time at Creative I saw that category grow and we maintained it at a good level with marketing initiatives. I have brought across a some ideas to push the Logitech brand forward.”

Angelucci will report to Logitech Australia general manager, George Saad.
